Proposal: Slightly-Less-Hidden Agendas

[ Moving Agendas into encrypted GNDT values, as another thing for the Illuminatus Rex not to have to track manually. Also adding a "can't win within 48 hours of changing agenda" clause, to give some reason to select an agenda in advance. ]

Replace the first four paragraphs of Rule 12 (World Domination) with:-

Each Illuminatus may have a single Agenda, tracked as a field in the GNDT, and stored as a Hidden Value (the initials of the Agenda may be encrypted instead of its full title). An Illuminatus may change its Agenda no more than once per week, and may not declare victory within 48 hours of changing its Agenda.

The following Agendas are permitted:-
