For every legal FOR vote that this Proposal has received, the Philosopher-King loses 10 in each, Gold, Honor and Knowledge.

For every legal AGAINST vote that this Proposal has received, the Philosopher-King gains 10 in each, Gold, Honor and Knowledge.

If this Proposal has been vetoed and the veto was overturned, the Philosopher-King's Gold, Honor and Knowledge are all set to 0.

Passed 7-0, with two abstentions. Reached quorum. Enacted by Excalabur at 2:57 on the 31st of July.
