It appears a few career branch transfer applications have been lost in the shuffle of paperwork. In the comments for the proposal "Grey Suits", Royce requested to join the Military, and Mat the Government. In the comments of the proposal "Providing for the common good" Squirrel requested to become a scientist. (I think. Might have gotten some names or branches switched around.) While government citizens certainly aren't required to implement these requests, I doubt they were intentionally unacknowledged.
