Posting Etiquette

I'd just like to ask a favor of everyone when creating a proposal. Please "quote" the rule you are changing and what you'd like the rule changed to by enclosing each with <.blockquote> tags (without the period), like this:

That will ensure the proposal is easier to read and will make the game go along more smoothly. Thanks to those who have been formatting their posts like this all along!
