I propose breaking the ruleset into multiple files, or at least multiple sections,
reorganizing the sections so the rules relevant to each other are closer.

The information for new players could be a quick introduction that states who to contact,
and a quick example of what happens. I lurked for a bit, and have been a member for a bit,
and I usually still read the rules every time I come here.
