Proposal: Just say “No no!” to Repetition (trivial)

Add a paragraph to rule - 13 Experimental Modification after “A Specimen cannot perform more than one experimental modification per day, and cannot operate on itself.“ that reads:

Once a modification has been performed it cannot be performed again on any specimen, even if it is removed. Other modifications with identical effects are permissible.
