Attention!

The proposal "Ian Duncan Smith" is one vote from both passing and failing. Kamikaze is the only player yet to vote on it, and while I can legally enact it under two hours, I would prefer quorum (or the definite lack of it) in such a close race.

So if anyone wants to change their vote, or if Kamikaze would please vote I would appreciate it.
