Proposal : Choose Life [Trivial]

Give 100 Life Force to Bottle, as he was Idle when the Life was being given out, the other day. Also give the Dead Specimens 100 Life Force each, in case they come back.

And also, actually, replace "Reactivate" with "Reanimate" in Rule 2 (Specimens).
