Budget results

I apologize for not dealing with this sooner, and I'm sorry I've been out of touch lately; now that finals week is over, I should have more time to devote to this and the history.

Since Bluebottle's first CFJ passed, this makes no difference whatsoever, but the official results for last week's budget are:
D:20, W:20, R:30, I:30.
I would love to post new possibilities, but so far only one person has submitted a new budget plan this week. I'll give you until tomorrow evening (my time; I seem to be further west than most of the people here) to get more proposals to me.
