Chapter 3 Concluded

The conclusion of Chapter 3 is up, but there's no narrative, just a description of the upshot. (Octave didn't make a choice, so I didn't write an epilogue per se. Besides, I'm sleepy.) Octave's probably idle. My bad; I really should've made sure the protagonist of the chapter was active before deciding to make him the protagonist.

I've gotten very little feedback about Chapters. Are they good? Bad? Repetitive? Heavy-handed? Flavorful? Way too long? Or does no one care?
