Proposal: Just in case anyone lives that long (trivial)
Add the following to "Aliens":
"Any Crew Memeber who has gone foraging in the 24 hours preceding an attack is moved to the attacked location before damage is dealt out."
It might be a good idea to fix the location list in the ruleset as well.
