Proposal: A department apart
Add to the end of the rule named "Efficency":
If half of the votes in this proposal explicitly contain the word "simplE," (capitalized thusly), then the text in the blockquote following 'For example,' inclusive, will be deleted from the rule.
Passed 12 to 0 by Brendan at 6:21 pm GMT on 6.21.2004. +10 to Greth, +2 to Brendan, a smack on the head for everybody, including me, who was too busy writing "simplE" to realize this should have been trivial.
If a Teamsperson has no department, he may declare a department to join by making a post entitled "Maneuvering." He may not join a department which has more than the number of Teamspersons divided by the number of Departments. For example, if there were 4 Teamspersons, and 4 Departments, and the current distripution was as so:
Department1:2
Department2:1
Department3:0
Department4:0,
the fourth Teamsperson may not join Department 1, but may join any other Department.
