Proposal: Decomposition [Trivial]

Add to the rule Death and Inheritance:

A Family may remove an Ancestor of theirs from the GNDT if that Ancestor has been dead for more than a day.

I will keep tracking ancestors in the wiki if you want to make room in the GNDT.
