Proposal: Try, try again

My first attempt was unpopular, but what if the Quadge rule itself was probationary? How about if we could repeal it with a Quorum of 4? I'll lower its own Quadge value! (Also, a different name is fine by me if anyone has suggestions.)

Consider the remaining text of this proposal the same as my previous Proposal (minus the admin voting result notes, of course) What in the World is Quadge? with this additional line added to the end of the proposed rule text block:

The Quadge rule has a Quadge of -4.
