Declaration of Victory

Acording to 'The little engine that could' I have won. Kevan performed illegal actions, as he could not fit into the mall at the time that he thought that he could. He forgot about Smith.

As Kevan's actions were illegal, I was still under my own Allegiance at the time of the proposal's enactment.
