Admin Note: Puzzled

I just enacted the Puzzler Sequences rule, but there is no current Puzzler and the mechanism for selecting a Puzzler requires an existing Puzzler to post 3 Sequences. Unless I misunderstood something, we will need another Proposal (or Computer intervention) to dub a Crewmember as the current Puzzler.
