Proposal: Misc small changes
Strike "This may be an integer value between 0 and 1000" from rule 10.
Replace "Official List" with "Supporter List" througout the ruleset, wherever it appears.
Append to the third paragraph of rule 16 "If an organistion ceases to exist, its powers are removed from this rule" and apply as appropriate if any of the organisations currently listed do not exist as of enactment.
The colour of the titles of the proposals shall be changed to a medium shade of red due to a high-security alert. (I find the blue rather undreadable on my screen.)
