Change the first sentence of Rule - 16 Organization Powers to:

No more than once per day, any Illuminatus may attempt to quantify the game effects of an Organization's connections, influence, cash, and general secret society clout by posting an entry to the front page with the subject "Tentative Powers, [Organization Name]", as long as e is on the Supporter List of that Organization.

[That should make it possible to propose tentative powers again.]
