It would behoove the Doctor for his own benefit, and for that of his experiment, to reign in those few specimens that have demonstrated a highly bellicose nature. The Doctor may quarantine any specimen that goes to the Arena and wins five fights within a given week in The Sceptic Tank for 36 hours or fewer. In The Sceptic Tank a specimen may not:

1. propose non-trivial proposals
2. receive surgical modifications
3. accept or issue challenges the would result in a battle in the Arena
