Proposal: Oops, we missed Ithaca! (trivial)

Add to the rule entitled Distance:

A ship's Distance may never be less than 0. If, at any time, it would be reduced to less than 0, it is reduced to 0 instead.

Just to make sure things don't go crazy when people get near Ithaca. I realize that Captains may opt to move less than their ship's speed, but, you know, what if they forget to e-mail the Poet?
