Proposal: Paper Conservation (Trivial)

Consecutive memos issued by a single person which do not require votes can and should be issued as a single memo.

This proposal does not affect the legality of any proposals which are currently pending. Repeal this paragraph as soon as all proposals pending at the time which this is passed are no longer pending.

This paragraph is not part of the proposal. Regardless of what the results of the CFJ is, I'd highly prefer not to have to open several windows and post each update seperatly in a row. There is no way to abuse this rule, as it is already possible to issue memos merely seconds apart.
