Proposal: Paper Conservation (Trivial)
As a new rule,
This paragraph is not part of the proposal. Regardless of what the results of the CFJ is, I'd highly prefer not to have to open several windows and post each update seperatly in a row. There is no way to abuse this rule, as it is already possible to issue memos merely seconds apart. Wording fixed from the below so it actually does something :P

Consecutive memos issued by a single person which do not require votes can and should be issued as a single memo. Excessive waste of paper in the form of three or more subequent non-proposal memos from a single Teamperson results in a penalty of -1 dignity for that teamperson.
