If proposal: I hate reproposing passes substitute every instance of COLOUR or fruit with EFFECT, and change the GNDT command from COLOUR to EFFECT.

Then substitute

Should Kevan vote against this proposal it will automatically fail (since he'll have to do the string replace work)
