Proposal: Enter Villainess, Stage Right

If this proposal is enacted, add a player field to the GNDT with the name of Strawberry Shortcake, and give Strawberry Shortcake 150 of every type of Stuff and a Position of 1.

Add a new rule entitled Strawberry Shortcake:

The evil Strawberry Shortcake despises Muffins and works to foil their plans. Strawberry Shortcake (also referred to as SS) does not count as a Muffin and may only perform those actions specifically laid out within this rule. SS has a Position and Stuff, but may never have a Flavor and cannot participate in Tag. If SS would ever reach Position 9, SS returns to Position 1 instead. SS may never go to Position X.

No Muffin may post a Declaration of Victory if Strawberry Shortcake has more Stuff than that Muffin does, or if Strawberry Shortcake is at Position 1.

Once per day, any Muffin may post a comment in the GNDT in the format “SS Havoc: DICE” and move SS up one Position, as long as no other Muffin has done so that day. If any day passes where no Muffin performs these actions, Strawberry Shortcake gains 50 Stuff to a maximum of 200 Stuff.

Based on the “SS Havoc: DICE” result, one of the following occurs:
1 – All Muffins lose 1 Stuff, and SS gains an equal amount of Stuff.
2 – SS Steals 2 of all forms of stuff from two different Muffins. SS chooses victims utilizing the alphabetized list of Active Muffins in the sidebar, starting with the two Muffins who appear first on that list. Each time this result occurs, SS chooses the next two Muffins on that list. SS may never steal twice from the same Muffin before stealing at least once from every Muffin.
3 – The Flavor of all non-Plain, non-Burnt Muffins at the same Position as SS are changed to Plain. The Flavor of all Plain Muffins at the same Position as SS are changed to Burnt.
4 – High Tea: SS eats 5 Stuff from every Muffin at the same Position. If SS is in a Position with no Muffins, SS continues to move one Position up until at a Position with at least one Muffin.
5 – Nothing happens as a result of this roll.
6 – SS is sick in bed. Any Muffin (except those in Limbo) may attempt to raid SS’s Horde by posting a GNDT comment of “Raid SS: DICE”. If the roll is 1, the attempt fails; otherwise, a Muffin posting this gains all forms of Stuff equal to that DICE roll, and SS loses this amount of all forms of Stuff. Raids may be attempted until the next legal “SS Havoc: DICE” roll of 1 through 4.
