Tentative Powers, IRS

The Illuminatus who controls IRS may claim 1 Influence once whenever an Organization's Reality Index or another Illuminatus's Influence is increased, to a maximum of 5 Influence per day. This must be claimed within 48 hours of the increasing of said Index or Influence.
