Proposal: “Build Me An Army”

Add to the list of Commodities:

* Titanium: Found in abundance throughout the blog universe it is one of the necessities for ship construction. A Representative may mine Titanium no more than once a week by making a payment of 2MC with a GNDT comment of "Mining Titanium: DICE-3 ". If the result is positive, they gain Titanium equal to the result. At the cost of 1 Eetcha of Titanium a Representative can receive 10% off building costs for 1 star craft.
