Call for Judgement: Well Drat
ChinDoGu pointed out the fatal flaw in my little plan, Kevan still retains his head of Research after being moved because nothing in the Mission Statement says otherwise.
This would also mean I'm still head of Admin, soon to be replaced.
Vote FOR if you believe everything should go back to the way it was before I did what I was not allowed to do (starting at 22/06 17:34 (GMT), which was when I moved Kevan to the Research Department). Vote AGAINST if you believe otherwise.
Passed 9 to 0 by Brendan at 2:09 pm GMT on 6.23.2004. Undoing everything related to this problem in the GNDT, as per the concerns raised in comments.
