Proposal: Marriage Proposal Clarification [Trivial]

this seems a bit sexist, but it doesn't make sense that the Male should leave his family, especially if we are playing as if we are royal families the woman would join the man not the other way around

To Rule 13 (Marriage), Add

A marriage proposal may only be directed towards a Female Family member.
