Proposal: Emergency Brake?

Add a new rule, Kibosh:

When a Muffin posts a Call for Judgment in response to a game action that Muffin feels is illegal or an incorrect interpretation of the ruleset, that Muffin has the option to include text at the bottom of the CfJ they have written in the following format:

Kibosh: (action)

where (action) is a brief description of the game action in question. Adding such text renders that game action Kiboshed.

Game actions allowed by the core ruleset cannot be Kiboshed, and no form of communication by any Muffin may be Kiboshed. Attempting either of these actions causes the entire CfJ containing that Kibosh to fail immediately.

No Muffin may perform Kiboshed game actions. Such attempts may be undone at any time by any Muffin. These game actions shall not be redone, even if the CfJ with the Kiboshed action fails.

Once the CfJ containing a Kiboshed action reaches a quorum of FOR votes or four days have passed (whichever occurs first), the Kiboshed action is no longer Kiboshed. If a Quorum of Muffins voting on this CfJ include the text "un-Kibosh" along with their vote, the Kiboshed action is no longer Kiboshed.

Hopefully, enough time to pass a proposal to stop the possibly broken game action? That's really my only intent here, although it seemed to take a lot of text to accomplish that.
