Proposal: we need more powurrr Cap'n

add the following power/effect to Rule #13 - "Experimental Modification" :

  • Regeneration (RGN) - This includes any enhancements that would add a regenerative effect to the specimen, where "Regeneration" is defined as regaining up to five(5) Life Force per day (one per point of RGN) so long as it does not take the specimen over 100 Life Force. (ie: it will slowly heal a specimen up to the default full Life Force of 100, but no further).
